Service report · every visit

Nine checks. One report in your inbox.

No paper drop slips cluttering your backyard. Routes run on Skimmer, pool route software that keeps detailed service logs and sends a weekly service report to your email, with work orders and invoicing handled through Stripe.

Customers say the reports come with actual photos of the maintenance, and that anything costing more than expected is communicated before the work is done.

At the water

  • Brush walls and tile line

The tile line is where Phoenix hard water leaves its white edge first.

  • Skim top and bottom of pool

Leaves, palo verde litter and monsoon dust, top and floor.

  • Vacuum if necessary

When the floor needs it, not by default.

In the water

  • Empty baskets

Skimmer and pump baskets, so the pump is not starved for flow.

  • Balance pH and chlorine

Tested and adjusted on every visit.

  • Check water level

Desert evaporation drops it faster than most owners expect.

At the equipment pad

  • Check filter pressure

A climbing gauge is the first sign a filter needs attention.

  • Backwash if necessary

On filters that backwash, when the pressure says so.

  • Check equipment for leaks and damage

Pump, filter, valves and plumbing, looked at every week.

+ Emailed service report each week

+ Autopay and card on file through Stripe

Most DE and cartridge filters should be cleaned twice a year, for an additional charge depending on type and size.

Licensed, bonded and insured. On the water since 2008.

“We have lived in Desert Hills for over 20 years. Lakeside Pool is the 4th and absolutely the best pool service provider we have ever used. Tony does everything necessary to keep the pool clean and healthy. If there were more than 5 star ratings, we would give it. Thank you Tony for clear explanations and actual photos of the maintenance you perform. He truly exceeded expectations for a pool service.”

“Tony is a true professional. We just signed up monthly service with them, and without getting into the details, a unfortunate breakdown happened that just happened to coincide with their first day of service, and water spewing from the filter at 10p on a Friday. Tony called me late on a Friday, sourced a part locally, had the situation resolved by 9am the next morning. Highly recommend these guys!”
